
Rachel Lee
Rachel Lee (she/her) is a New York–based producer and arts administrator working across nonprofit arts, live performance, and media production. She earned her B.S. in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University, with a triple minor in Spanish, Producing, and the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. During her time at NYU, Rachel held presidential leadership roles within the Undergraduate Student Government and the Korean Student Association, experiences that shaped her commitment to advocacy, representation, and cultivating inclusive spaces where communities can connect through art.

Rachel currently serves as the School Programs Manager at the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, where she project-manages and produces free educational programs and concerts for K–12 students across all five boroughs of New York City and New Jersey. Her work supports large-scale arts education initiatives that prioritize access, engagement, and equity for young audiences. She also works as a contracted Assistant Company Manager for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, supporting the operational and logistical execution of institutional programming.

Alongside her administrative work, Rachel continues to expand her artistic practice as a producer. She lead-produced The Third Track, an original devised play developed over seven months with a full ensemble of BIPOC women and presented at The Tank in July 2025. Her work also includes branded content, commercials, and narrative short films. She is a co-founder and producer of COMMON SISTER, a creative production company dedicated to amplifying untold stories and underrepresented artists. Her work centers on expanding meaningful access to the arts.
